Twelve names join the FCA warning list

The regulator's newest cautions, listed with the FCA's own wording and a link to every entry.

What this list is

The FCA — the Financial Conduct Authority, the United Kingdom's financial services regulator — maintains a public warning list of firms and websites it says may be providing or promoting financial services in the UK without its permission; an entry is the FCA's published caution, not a finding of ours (FCA warning list).

The newest entries

The most recent addition is Valar Ventures Group, dated 5 August 2026 (FCA). For entries of this kind the FCA's own page reads: "This firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams" (FCA).

From 3 August: Eoscoinvest.io / eoscoinvest.co.uk — a clone entry, detailed below (FCA), IMPOUND SERVICES LTD (FCA), Smart-ISA (FCA), TradeDexter (FCA), Omega Smart at omega-smart.net (FCA), Solidmartprofits at solidmartprofits.live (FCA), Fiscalsmartexchange at fiscalsmartexchange.net (FCA) and BULLNEXMARKETS.COM (FCA).

From late July: Sync-digital.co (FCA) and T Trading at ttrading.io (FCA).

The clone entries deserve their own paragraph

Two additions are clones — imitations of genuine firms. Throgmorton Wealth Consultant, dated 4 August, imitates FCA-authorised firms; the FCA writes that fraudsters "copy the details of firms we authorise to try and convince people that their firm is genuine" (FCA). Eoscoinvest.io / eoscoinvest.co.uk, dated 3 August, imitates an FCA-registered firm (FCA). That is the FCA's stated reason clones convince: the details being copied are a genuine firm's details.

What the FCA tells readers to do

The regulator's own guidance is to search the name — and the website address, separately — on its list (FCA warning list). An entry there is the regulator telling you, in advance and in public, what it suspects.

Frequently asked questions

What does an FCA warning-list entry mean?

It is the FCA's published caution that a firm or website may be providing or promoting financial services in the UK without its permission — the regulator's statement, not a court finding.

What is a clone firm?

An operation that copies the details of a genuinely authorised or registered firm to appear legitimate. Two of the new entries are clones.
