Privacy notice

Who we are
Investfora (investfora.com) is a European investment platform in preparation. No investment products are offered yet; accounts let you explore, save a FORA Auto plan and ask to be notified when products open. The operating legal entity and its registered address will be added here before any investment product launches.
What we store
- Account: your name, email address, a hashed password (we never see the password itself), whether your email is confirmed, and when the account was created. If you sign in with Google or Apple we store the identifier and email they share with us.
- Sessions: for each device you sign in from, the browser description, IP address and sign-in time — so you can see and sign out other devices from your Account page.
- Your plan: the monthly amount, goal and risk level you save in FORA Auto, and the target split derived from them.
- Waitlist: the products you asked to be notified about, and the email to notify.
- Activity: a record of events on your account (account created, plan saved, notification requested).
Why, and on what basis
To run your account and keep it secure (performance of our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in security), and to send you the one notification you asked for (your request). We do not profile you, sell data, or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider (server infrastructure in the EU) and, when transactional email is enabled, our email delivery provider — each processing only what is needed. Google or Apple see your sign-in only if you choose to use them. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
How long
For as long as your account exists. Sessions expire after seven days of inactivity and can be revoked at any time. Encrypted database backups are kept for 14 days. If you ask us to delete your account we remove it and the data above.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in, and a browser preference for light/dark theme. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can access and correct your details on the Account page, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing privacy@investfora.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.
This notice will be extended — identity verification, funding and partner venues — before any of those exist. We will tell you when it changes.
